Under the umbrella of graphic design and design specialist, my skillset revolves around many aspects, such as:

  • Designing, developing, and creating a variety of media products using relevant, current, and emerging technologies.

  • Coordinating with stakeholders, project managers, teammates, and vendors to produce dynamic creative from conception to publication in a timely manner.

  • Evaluating and discussing timelines and milestones with stakeholders to develop creative briefs and project scopes.

  • Planning initiatives and understanding marketing and communication strategies, user data, and guidelines to meet client objectives.

  • Designing strong campaign assets to support target conversion goals via various channels: seasonal push, brand awareness, social media, national and regional campaigns, feature updates, announcements, etc.

  • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems across various digital platforms (check-in screens, apps, the web, and more).

  • Applying and advocating for brand standards consistently across all platforms (digital and print).

  • Editing videos and writing transcripts (closed captions).

  • Generating and editing audio for a variety of platforms (podcasts, YouTube, social media, etc.)

As for my skillset in email development and CRM practices, Im proficient in:

The development, testing, troubleshooting, implementation, and deployment of all CRM email communications for donors, prospects, and partner communications, including:

  • Developing and executing ad hoc and lifecycle campaigns for various product lines.

  • Testing and troubleshooting campaigns.

  • Collaborating closely with portfolio managers and CRM team to ensure proper timing and execution is in parallel and in alignment with their needs and requirements.

  • Training of internal processes to the new recruit for a smooth handoff of responsibilities.


I'm proficient in using Adobe Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat DC, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD, and Animate), Sketch, InVision, and the Microsoft Suite (Publisher, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
