Donor Concierge Check-in Screens

The donor concierge touch screens serve as a digital check-in system to offer the donors arriving at the donation centre a contact-less way to confirm their arrival and offer to book their next appointment.

The scope of this project involved revamping the old screens to fit the new brand style, as well as fix the user experience where breakpoints occurred. The digital team and I identified the pain points, brainstormed solutions and I produced mock-ups to present the new flow to our stakeholders. Once approved, I finalized all documents to deliver quality assets to the development team. The launch is set to be implemented in the summer of 2021.
